Moka coffee beans naturally have a higher sucrose content compared to traditional beans, and are, for example, highly appreciated in Japan and South Korea.
 The special coffee "Moka King" is produced in the South of Minas Gerais, at an altitude of 900 meters.
 It has the following sensory evaluation: Fruity, with notes of Sicilian lemon, chocolate, caramel, delicate body and mild citric acidity.
 It obtained 83 points on the SCA Scale for specialty coffees.
